"so what's your style?"

It's easy....we don't have one. Instead, we pull our "style" from a variety of flavors. Our smoked meats are dry seasoned and we leave you the option of which sauce flavor you want. Vinegar? Traditional BBQ? Spicy? Pick one or try all three. Our style is slow smoked, drenched in flavor, and includes the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on. All rubs and sauces are created by Martin, a Bethesda native who knows his Q.
